To qualify for the $500 VISA gift card from the Builder, you must "register" the potential buyer prior to the buyer visiting the Builder’s Subdivision and registering themselves. The term "register" means that you will call, fax, or e-mail the full name and contact number and/or e-mail address of the potential buyer to an on-site agent at the Builder’s Subdivision. The agent will contact the potential buyer with subdivision information and current promotions. Buyers must only be working with an on-site builder agent, meaning you are not eligible to receive a referral gift for buyers working with an outside realtor. The referral is good for 90 days, and if a contract has not been written within 90 days you must re-register the potential buyer in order to still qualify for the $500 VISA gift card. Buyer may only be referred by one person. (In the event of multiple referrals of one buyer, the first to register the buyer will qualify for the gift card.) Gift cards are given upon the successful closing of the buyer’s new home. The on-site Builder sales agent will contact you to make arrangements for you to receive your $500 VISA gift card, paid for by the Builder, within 2 (two) business days of the successful closing.
