Let’s talk about some environmental issues that can greatly affect you, whether you are buying or selling a home. I know. I know. This is the south. We usually leave “environmental” stuff to hummus-eating hippies in Birkenstocks, but hear me out.
The Issues:
- Meth Labs - Meth is an illegal drug made of toxic household chemicals in hidden labs. These labs are usually in houses, apartments, condos, sheds, etc. Meth is the fastest growing illegal drug in Georgia. This means that meth labs, and homes that were at one time meth labs, could be in your communities.
